Information used by the service

Accounts require name, verified email and phone, and address. Service requests include appliance details, service addresses, visit notes and estimates. Technician advertisements include a photo, résumé, rates, experience, brands and availability.

Service providers

The account system is designed to use Supabase for authentication and storage. Stripe handles card details, identity-document verification and payout accounts. Calviro stores provider references and verification results, not full card numbers or driver’s licence images. SMS providers deliver verification codes and service notifications.

Sharing and access

Submitted service-request details are shared with the selected technician and Calviro’s operator. Approved business profiles and profile photos are public. Résumés are private and restricted to review. Customer ratings and comments are public. Account access uses essential session cookies.

Before registration opens

Calviro must publish its operator and privacy contact, data-retention and deletion practices, provider locations, and procedures for privacy requests. Registration is not available until that information is completed.
