For appliance owners

Whether you own your home, rent, or manage a property, start with the appliance that needs attention.

  1. Choose a technician

    Compare appliance types, brands, service areas, and customer ratings. Open a technician’s profile to start a service request.

  2. Set up your customer account

    Verify your email and phone, then add a preferred payment method. Your account details fill the service request automatically.

  3. Describe the issue

    Describe each appliance, review the technician’s availability and pay the diagnostic fee. Each additional appliance adds half the diagnostic fee. The technician then reviews your request.

GROW YOUR INDEPENDENT BUSINESS

For independent technicians

Present your services clearly while retaining control of your pricing and the work you accept.

  1. Create your technician account

    Verify your email, phone and driver’s licence, then connect your bank account through Stripe.

  2. Complete your profile

    Add your photo, résumé, bio, serviced brands, diagnostic fee, labour rate per 30 minutes and usual availability. Your advertisement is reviewed before publication.

  3. Manage your work independently

    Accept paid requests, record notes after each visit and send parts and labour estimates for approval. Earnings are released after Calviro reviews the completed job.

Join as a technician

Repair approval and completion

Any additional parts and labour need your approval. Approval places a card hold; the approved amount is charged when the technician marks the job completed. An expired hold needs a new authorization. Declining an estimate cancels the unfinished job without changing the diagnostic payment.

After completion, leave a star rating and comment before making another service request. Usual availability is not a confirmed appointment time.

Calviro’s role

Calviro connects appliance owners with independent service professionals. It does not employ technicians or perform repairs. Service scope, pricing, and arrangements are agreed directly with the selected technician.
